The Developer

The Masaito Company started with Mr. Joseph Wang who started building houses for a real estate developer as a contractor. He was employed in a fabric factory prior to that. With just 2,000.00 PhP he started and expanded his business as he started to do more and more projects. To develop his business he had to put his car up for sale to get the money he needed. With the money he received from the sale of the car he founded the Ultima Development Corporation. This corp. was founded in 1976. After that Mr. Wang continued to see growth.
